Terms of Service
Revision date: 2026-06-28. This is a commercial release-candidate document. The owner name, tax identifier and self-employed tax region must be completed before publication.
1. Operator and contacts
FutureTech, the futuretechcorp.org domain, APIs, launcher, game servers, account area, legal documents, paid features, support and related services are provided by [self-employed project owner full name], self-employed taxpayer, tax identifier [tax identifier], self-employed tax region [region].

2. Account and access
The user creates an account with a nickname and password. Email, date of birth and display name are optional unless a separate feature lawfully requires them. The service may process IP address, user-agent, HWID or device identifier, session id, token hash, client type, language, timestamps and security events.
3. Legal document versions
Registration, payment or use of major functions may require accepting specific document versions. The service records document code, version, language, content hash, acceptance time, source and hashed technical evidence where available. Refusal to accept required versions may block registration, login, purchase or selected features.
4. Paid digital services
FutureTech may provide paid digital features, subscriptions, donations with digital benefits, closed-server access, cosmetic items, early access and other intangible functions. Essential terms must be shown before payment: name, price, duration, limits, activation, compatibility, refund terms and support contacts.
If payment is accepted by the self-employed owner, receipts are issued through the Russian self-employed tax workflow or another permitted tool. FT API must not store full bank card data where payment is processed by an external provider.
5. User content and artifacts
Uploaded mods, plugins, packs, images and manifests must not contain malware, stealers, miners, backdoors, hidden telemetry without disclosure and consent, cheats, authorization bypasses or copyright violations. The operator may scan files by extension, size, MIME type, SHA-256, manifest, antivirus, YARA or commercial scanner and may manually review licensing and description.
6. Moderation and restrictions
The operator may warn, hide or delete content, reject publication, suspend or ban an account, limit paid features, revoke server access, block a technical identifier, revoke publication or provide information to authorities where required by law.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided as technically available. The operator may change functionality, servers, rules, tariffs, APIs, interfaces and authentication methods. The operator is liable only within the limits of applicable Russian law.
8. Governing law and claims
Russian law applies unless mandatory rules require otherwise. Before court action, the user should send a claim to the operator contacts.
